• Dune Belt, along with being vegan and eco-friendly, cork leather fabric is also highly resistant to moisture and abrasion. For this product, we use 100% natural cork sourced from Portugal.  
• Ravine wallet is a lightweight, water-resistant wallet that is equipped with 6 card slots and a metal clip to store your cash. Its unique fabric showcases the stony ridges, inspired from naturally-found ravines, lending it the name.

• Our shipping is PLASTIC- FREE & ZERO WASTE.
• You have a 7-day window to request a return after receiving your item. For eligibility, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with intact tags and packaging. You can start the return process from your account on Ecolo.
• If your return is approved, we'll furnish you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending the package. Upon arrival at our facility, our quality team will review the contents. Once approved, we'll initiate your refund. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund process to be completed.
• We only facilitate returns for items that are defective or were incorrectly shipped.
