• To clean, only use coconut or nylon core because terracotta doesn't work well with harsh abrasives.
• A tip if you would like to follow the olden traditions then wrap your bottle with a wet cloth to keep the water cool at all times.

• Our shipping is PLASTIC- FREE & ZERO WASTE.
• You have a 7-day window to request a return after receiving your item. For eligibility, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with intact tags and packaging. You can start the return process from your account on Ecolo.
• If your return is approved, we'll furnish you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending the package. Upon arrival at our facility, our quality team will review the contents. Once approved, we'll initiate your refund. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund process to be completed.
• We only facilitate returns for items that are defective or were incorrectly shipped.
