• This is terracotta clay pottery, made with local clay at our Nizamabad, Azamgarh, U.P. cluster (also famous for the G.I. certified Black Pottery Craft which you can also check out on our website).
• The ware has been made on the wheel and dried, then coated with a liquid that is made with leaves and other organic material locally found.
• The ware is dried again, finished and fired in wood/biomass fired kiln.
• The purity of this clay makes it fit for everyday use.
• Healthy and sustainable everyday Tea-ware!
• Set of 1 teapot, 2 teacups and 2 saucers.

Baked Terracotta Clay

• Teapot - Maximum Diameter Approx. 4.75 inches, Height 5 inches with Lid, Spout to Handle Length 8 inches Approx.
• Cup: 2x2.5x3.5 inches.
• Saucer: 5 inches in diameter.

• Before first use, rinse thoroughly with warm water, fill with water and leave for 24-48 hours.
• Thereafter, rinse, empty and dry completely.
• After everyday use, wash with mild soap, lemon juice or baking soda and warm water.
• Rinse thoroughly.
• Dry completely before storing away, preferably in the sun.
