• Our shipping is PLASTIC- FREE & ZERO WASTE.
• You have a 7-day window to request a return after receiving your item. For eligibility, the item must be in its original condition, unused, with intact tags and packaging. You can start the return process from your account on Ecolo.
• If your return is approved, we'll furnish you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions for sending the package. Upon arrival at our facility, our quality team will review the contents. Once approved, we'll initiate your refund. Please allow up to 10 working days for the refund process to be completed.
• We only facilitate returns for items that are defective or were incorrectly shipped.

• Every product is unique and hence the colors vary and there is a possibility of a slight difference in dimensions (3to5mm approx.).
